Comments: ROM helps us run our day to day operation. It keeps track of inventory at a basic level and keeps a customer database. Every transaction is in compliance with state regulations.

Pros: The ability to track customers and leave day to day notes has decent pricing. However you pay a large start up cost due to the fact that it is server based. You don't need internet however, so you can run in any weather. The reports are fresh and very straight forward. It keeps you in compliance for almost any state.

Cons: Support, is not always the best. You'll need an IT person to help you out on alot of your issues. We have had many of our IT s complain about the level of service.
